Te Aroha joined the AATEA team just as she was completing her Masters in Public Policy and after she had spent five years in community development through local government. Now pursuing a PhD in public policy, Te Aroha is available as an associate consultant. Her areas of interest are in::

• Strategic analysis and planning; 

• Community governance and development;

• Project conceptualisation, management and co-ordination; and 

• Group and individual development.
