Te Au Hangarau is a kaupapa Māori research project that explores the experiences and aspirations of rangatahi Māori in the Auckland tech sector. It presents key findings and recommendations for how educators, tech organisations, government and whānau can create and support equitable tech education and employment pathways that allow rangatahi to thrive in tech careers and to contribute their unique experiences and worldviews to unlock innovative potential for all of Aotearoa.
Te Au Hangarau was developed and funded in partnership with Tātaki Auckland Unlimited and Spark Foundation.
